Ze’s Amazing Chocolate Rum Fudge Sauce

  • Half a cup of each of the following:
  • cream
  • chocolate chips, finely chopped
  • brown sugar
  • One cup of water
  • A quarter of a cup of dark rum
  • A teaspoon of vanilla
  • Assorted nice spices


  1. Put everything in a non-stick pan on a medium heat
  2. Stir until it’s really thick (about half an hour)
